You can choose whether you want Learning Table Player to start every time with the PC or can be started from the Windows start menu.

Learning Table Player supports multithreading for very fast start-up and playback of media. PowerPoint for example loads a presentation quicker than you can by starting Powerpoint yourself!
Trigger your media from a wide variety of RFID tags in different shapes and sizes.
Desktop mode allows you to use Learning Table player on any PC in a workplace or classroom where you don’t want to dedicate a PC to just the Learning Table. Learning Table runs quietly in the background and pops an icon in your system tray to let you know it is there. Use your PC just like you always have and when it’s time to use Learning Table, just run an RFID tag over the scanner. Learning Table will now start-up, launch the media and then automatically shut itself down again when it’s done. Great for PC’s used in a classroom or office where you want the PC available for other activities.
Learning table is great for those who have difficulty using a mouse or keyboard. No need to navigate through menus and find the media resource you want. Just scan a tag over the reader and the content plays back automatically.
The Learning Table RFID reader comes in two packages. A standard reader which is ideal for most situations including office or classroom use and a slimline design for use with Netbooks. An industrial version which is sealed for use in dusty environments and is spill resistant and a wooden case for marketing and promotional work is also available by special order.
Learning Table Player is designed to be very efficient and runs well even on older PC’s.
*Requires Powerpoint 2003 or 2007 to be installed for this media to playback.
